RUST CONVERTER EXTREME is fast drying, non-flammable, and long-lasting combination of acrylic copolymers and acids that will neutralize rust and leave a black glossy coating of acrylic paint. It is easily applied by spraying, brushing, or rolled on. Product will dry within 30 minutes.
