FLEX COAT

Flex Coat is a spray that forms a protective asphalt seal on metals, rubber, asphalt composition, tile, slate, felt, wood, and other substrates, preventing moisture penetration and protecting against rust and corrosion. Flex Coat can be applied wherever a waterproof, flexible, permanent asphalt coat is needed, and can also be applied cold. Ideal for air conditioning pans, it will flow into cracks before hardening and will act as a barrier to salt, mold and other environmental chemicals.
